RIVER COME DOWN!

I've been getting e-mails of floods and flood damage in Trinidad since last week one photo stood out for me, and got me thinking is this an omen?

With a world wide recession sweeping the globe like a flood is Trinidad and Tobago Carnival as we know it, or or what it has become going, to find itself in deep rough uncharted waters?

Or can it mean that out of these muddy waters of destruction and despair,Carnival is going to be reborn anew...
