The Notting Hill Carnival kicks into action this weekend with the start of the opening of the CALO festival Tonight at the Alexander Palace in London tonight. This festival will celebrate the Caribbean’s presence in London through, music, food and the Arts and promises to be a grand start to the biggest carnival in Europe.
